That answer decides everything after it: the call is passed to an independent contractor who already works that area, and from the moment they pick up the conversation is theirs.
Servoya is not on the roof and never has been. It does not measure a slope, does not write a scope and does not put a number on one.

What the work on the other end is

These calls are for a full roof replacement, or for a new roof on a house that does not have one yet. A roof at the end of its life comes off, the deck underneath is inspected for damage, the edges and valleys are re-flashed, and a new system goes down over the whole slope. The job is priced from the area that has to be covered.
